A screen cap from the season 3 episode of Nickelodeon's Ninja Turtles, "Battle for New York". It's a quick glimpse during a slideshow scene, but it got me to thinking. Could this lizard/dragon lady be...Mona Lisa? Either that or it's probably just made as a joke. Not really sure, but it does make you think.
