My first Dinosaur Documentary was Dinosaurs: Myths & Reality from 1993. It doesn't really have any animated dinosaurs, with the acception perhaps of stockfootage from Ray Harryhousen's One Million Years B.C., but it does have dinosaur animatronics, most noteably the Dilophosaurus and the T-Rex.
